General Instructions

  • The Sanskaar Techfest 7.0 offers an opportunity to participate in 10 online events.
  • A participant may participate in more than one event.
  • All the participants of online events will receive an e-certificate.
  • All the events are designed in such a way that all participants should work individually or collaborate online.
  • To handhold the participants the host school will conduct event wise workshops with all the registered participants online on 25th March, 2022 and 26th March, 2022. The meeting links will be shared by Teacher-in charges on WhatsApp groups.

Instructions for online events

  • The event is open for students of classes III to XII only.
  • The Schools are required to register online latest by 20th March, 2022.
  • Names once sent will be considered as final and no queries will be entertained for changes.
  • The last date of submission of entries (wherever applicable) is 31st March, 2022.
  • The entries as per specifications in the event rules should be sent online at the email ids of Event Coordinators mentioned in the event rules.
  • The results for all online events will be declared in a Virtual Award Ceremony on and thereafter will also be available on our event website techfest.sanskaarvalley.org.
  • The link to attend the award ceremony will be shared with all schools on 22nd April, 2022.
  • The certificates of participation and appreciation/merit, for all online events will be sent to all schools by 31st April, 2022.

Other Important Dates

The Junior Quiz Bowl and Senior Quiz Bowl will be conducted online on 31st March, 2022.

The Innovative Tech will be conducted online 31st March, 2022.

Criteria for Championship Trophy

  • Schools to participate in minimum 8 events.
  • The points will be calculated by picking the score of best 6 results.
  • Points will be awarded as : 10 points for 1 Position, 7 points for 2 Position and 5 points for 3 Position.
  • A special certificate will be awarded to the school with maximum participation.
  • The schools must ensure that the copyright free content is used for all the events or else references should be cited. The Sanskaar Valley School shall not be responsible for any misuse of copyright/trademarks or any such issue.
